1. What We Collect

When you use the Culture Diagnostics tool, we collect:

  • Company name — used to generate your diagnostic report.
  • Work email address — used to verify your affiliation with the company and create a contact record.

We do not collect passwords, financial information, or any data beyond what you explicitly provide.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Email validation — to confirm you are an employee of the specified company.
  • Diagnostic generation — to produce your Promise Delivery Index report using publicly available data.
  • CRM contact creation — your email and company are stored in HubSpot to enable follow-up about your results and consultation opportunities.
  • Follow-up emails — if you view your diagnostic but do not book a consultation, we may send a limited number of follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Data Sources for Diagnostics

Reports are generated exclusively from publicly available information, including:

  • Corporate websites, annual reports, and sustainability reports
  • Public leadership statements and keynotes
  • Customer and employee reviews on public platforms
  • Press coverage and analyst commentary

No proprietary, internal, or confidential company data is accessed or used.

4. Consent & Legal Basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the diagnostic form. This covers storage of your contact information, generation of your report, and follow-up communication.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Data Retention

Your contact information and diagnostic report are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of generation, unless you have entered into a consulting engagement with us.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

  • HubSpot — CRM and email communication
  • Hunter.io — Email pattern verification (only your email domain is shared)
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Supabase — Database (EU region, Frankfurt)
